‘Buff Way’ Guides Student Behavior

The “Buff Way” rules show students how to conduct themselves.

The Buff Way rules are very plain and simple but full of meaning. The Buff Way is a set of rules that the students need to follow.  The expectations are respect, kindness, integrity, perseverance, and responsibility. These rules help students keep their attitudes in check and be the best they can be.

The teachers came up with the Buff Way, “We took what we already had and changed it to what fits our needs,” said Social Studies teacher Mrs. Stebner.

The Buff Way was first big and long but staff  members worked to “narrowed is down and to be easier for the students to remember”

The teachers like it a lot and they are going to do it again next year and in future years ahead.
